Liverpool are considering a move for Real Sociedad's Xabi Prieto asthey continue their exhaustive attempts to rebuild for next season. Prieto came through the ranks at Real Sociedad and along withAntoine Griezmann, who Liverpool have also watched, is one of theBasque club's most saleable assets. The skilful midfielder, 27, plays on the right or centre and would command a fee in theregion of ?8million, but has a reputation for blowing hot and cold. Barcelona's Jeffren Suarez has also been mentioned.
