Manchester United Plan Audacious Move for £30m Rated Bayern Munich Winger Franck Ribery

Manchester United are preparing an audacious summer move for Bayern Munich playmaker Franck Ribery. Sir Alex Ferguson has set his sights on the French international and hopes that the uncertain situation at the Allianz Arena may aid a move to sign the talented French international.

Last seasons Bundesliga champions have had a shocking season that has cost Louis Van Gaal his job and the Old Trafford boss may feel the conditions are such that the 27 year old may be open to a move to the Premier League table toppers, and the chances of such a deal proving successful could be aided if the Bavarian side miss out on a Champions League spot for next season.

Currently Bayern Munich are in fourth spot, which this term is not enough to claim a Champions League place and the fact that they languish 14 points behind leaders Borussia Dortmund has caused much consternation at the club and led to Van Gaal announcing he would leave in the summer and veteran boss Jupp Heynckes will take his post.

Ferguson has tracked Ribery for some time and attempted to land the skilful flair player when he was at Marseille, however the winger opted instead for a move to Germany and is now in his fourth season at Bayern Munich and although he signed a new long term deal a year ago, it is worth noting that he did so after the club has secured a domestic double and reached the Champions League final, a lot has happened since then.

£30m rated winger Ribery can play on either wing and could definitely add value to Man United’s attacking options not least with Luis Antonio Valencia only now coming back from long term injury and with the likes of Gabrial Obertan and Bebe failing to make any impact whatsoever. There has even been talk that top wide man Luis Nani is not totally happy with his lot at the club and he has been targeted by the likes of Inter Milan and Juventus for some time.

Sir Alex Ferguson has stated his intention to spend this summer and chief executive David Gill has reaffirmed the financial backing he will receive to do so and it seems that a few ‘marquee’ signings have been speculated as possible additions to a Man United squad that is reportedly set for something of a clear-out.

AC Milan to Make Summer Move for Tottenham Winger Gareth Bale

San Siro club the latest to express interest in White Hart Lane wide man.

Milan are set to intensify their hunt for Tottenham winger Gareth Bale as their search for a wide midfielder continues.

The 21-year-old has impressed Rossoneri coach Massimiliano Allegri with his excellent performances for Spurs in the Champions League this season, and La Gazzetta dello Sport reports Bale, who didn’t play for Wales in Saturday’s 2-0 loss against England, is on their list of summer transfer targets.

However, they are likely to face stiff opposition from the London club, who seem keen to hold on to the star of their run to the quarter-finals of the tournament.

Ac Milan have joined a very long queue indeed as the Serie A table toppers are the latest side to take an interest in Welsh international Gareth Bale. The 21 year old wide man has been in superb form over the past 18 months and Harry Redknapp has already made it clear he has no intentions of selling the left winger.

However if the North London side fail to secure a top four finish this season then perhaps talk of a move away from White Hart Lane will intensify and become a little bit more realistic. The likes of Luka Modric, Rafael Van der Vaart and Sandro have all been linked with moves away from Tottenham in recent months.

San Siro boss Massimiliano Allegri is also said to be targeting Ajax full back Gregory Van der Wiel and Bayern Munich man Arjen Robben whilst Andrea Pirlo is reportedly likely to leave this summer after a decade at the club.

Liverpool Keen on Aston Villa Winger Marc Albrighton

Villa Park youngster on Anfield radar.

Liverpool are reportedly interested in Aston Villa winger Marc Albrighton and the Merseyside club may move to sign the youngster this summer. Kenny Dalglish is keen to bring in natural wide options and may feel that due to the poor season the Midlands club has had and the reported bust ups between the boss Gerard Houllier and a number of players that he could persuade the England Under 21 international to push for a move from Villa Park to Anfield.

Having brought in Luis Suarez and Andy Carroll in January Dalglish is now looking to bring players to help provide ammunition for their front line and is apparently an admirer of the 21 year old Tamworth born wide man who is now a regular in the Aston Villa starting line up.

Even though Albrighton only signed a new contract last November Liverpool may feel that they can tempt the intelligent winger and will have more chance of doing so if Aston Villa finish the season mired in a relegation battle.

Liverpool have predominantly used Maxi and Dirk Kuyt in wide role with mixed results and the club’s new owners are willing to fund significant moves in the transfer market, especially for young players with good sell on value.

Liverpool Will Sign Either Chelsea or Galatasary Winger

Anfield club see either Stamford Bridge or Turk Telekom Arena players as next stage of rebuilding.

Liverpool manager Kenny Dalgish will attempt to sign either Chelsea’s Florent Malouda or Galatasary’s Arda Turan in the summer.

The Scot realises his team need more width and wants a player to supply plenty of crosses for target-man Andy Carroll.

Dalglish sees either player as good enough but any move depends on Chelsea’s transfer ambitions.

The West London club have also been linked with a move for Turan and if they sign the Turkey international it will allow Malouda to leave and for Liverpool to pounce.

But the Reds will make a move for the 24-year-old anyway, who has his heart set on a move to the Premier League.

“He can only go to one of the top five clubs in the Premier League,” said Turan’s representative Ahmet Bulut.

“If he gets an offer from one of them, then of course he will want to play there.”

Bidding for either player is likely to start around the £15million mark.

Liverpool Target £10m Real Sociedad Winger But Taye Taiwo Looks To Be Heading To AC Milan

Anfield club chase wide-man but will lose defender to San Siro giants.

Liverpool have set their sights on Real Sociedad winger Xabi Prieto but look set to lose out on Olympique Marseille defender Taye Taiwo.

The Sun reports manager Kenny Dalglish will offer the La Liga club £10million for their local star.

The Kop idol realises his team have little natural width and need a player to supply the crosses for another new signing Andy Carroll.

Prieto has demonstrated this ability for the last eight years in Spain scoring 33 goals. He has been likened to Manchester United’s Antonio Valencia.

But Liverpool are unlikely to land Marseille left-back Taiwo.

The Nigerian is out of contract in the summer but looks to be heading to Serie A leaders AC Milan.

The Anfield club were favourites to sign the 25-year-old but the lure of the Champions League proved too much for Taiwo to turn down.
